Big game this. Could go either way. I’ve been in touch with train unions and they have agreed to have a strike on that day xxxking up everyone’s travel plans. So nice hour and a half minimum for me on North and South Circular. Hopefully won’t fall through a hole in the floor of the main stand when I get there. COYB.
Not.to worry....it's.live on the RFL streaming platform. I'd not worry about us looking even more tin pot playing at a 5th tier Union hovel eh Mr Hughes Not sure how many "cameras" or what sort of OB Crew is used by MyLeague but I'm sure they'll add significantly to the crowd figure

Having to watch this on a stream thing, I'll be in touch with my son lol, as I really cant justify London hotel prices on top of petrol, ale, entrance fee's and such like. It's upwards of £200 so the telly it is. As for the game I really can't call it as you don't know which Fax team will turn up from one week to the next. Up The Fax!
Hear All, See All, Say Nowt. Eat All, Sup All, Pay Nowt. And if Tha ever does Owt for Nowt, Allus do it for Thissen.

IIRC the camera is on a pretty rudimentary scaffold. Assuming it doesn’t fall over or the main stand fall over into it, the cameras should pick up the possibly asbestos roofed long shed area which is standing only unless you want to perch on the single plank of wood that is provided for seating. Close ups will reveal the shrubbery growing through the gaps in the back of the shed. Trust me this will give a whole new dimension to tin pot.

Yep. Hotels look pricey. The roads will be busy and there’s nothing more London pubs like more than charging north of £7 a pint so it’s probably a sensible decision, although a bit of a shame but it is what it is.

For those not in the know, close examination of the bottom right picture of Dan Hoyes scoring in the recent throwback tweet on club Twitter feed gives a good insight into the shed area referred to above with special emphasis on the shrubbery growing out of the walls. Perhaps maintenance staff hadn’t noticed. Although might be sensible to have kept clear in case it was all that was holding shed up. All that notwithstanding looking forward to the game. Hoping a few will get down to it even in the face of travel disruption.
I’d just assumed it was going to be sunny but I now see it’s going to rain for the entirety of the match. Surely must be a major concern if everyone has to take cover in main stand. It’ll never take the weight.
