I don`t mean the ones the American Footballers use but something similar maybe more durable to the one Johnny Lomax wears.
Surely that offers more protection.
Head guards offer no protection from concussion.
Concussion occurs from your brain jolting around in your skull.
Lomax suffered a fractured skull when he was younger, that’s why he wears it, even tho you could probably fracture your skull while wearing it but it offers some padding
