Excellent result and some lovely tries scored. Too big, too fast and too skilful for Cougars today. They are the worst side I've seen us play this year, be amazed if they avoid relegation based on that effort.
However, it was pleasing to see the side really go for kill in the 2nd half when in reality they could of coasted to a 40 something victory without much effort.
Next up a tricky away game at Widnes, which I can see being a potential banana skin tie.
Really enjoyed that. Keighley were woeful, as other posters said, getting rid of Lovegrove was a ridiculous decision. No way would they have been that bad with him in charge.
As bad as Keighley were, I thought we were great and kept the foot on the throat. We've seen so many times we either let teams back in or just coast rest of game. Good habits to pick up by being ruthless.
There was a sloppy 10 mins before HT where we tried taking short cuts and scoring every play. Put that right second half.

Don’t understand Cougars this year. Built a solid mid-table Champ side. Got rid of Lovegrove then got rid of all the players who were doing damage to sides.
Such poor management.
What a performance from our boys though. Gaskell was unplayable. Wallace had a fantastic game. The outside backs were all class. Thought Blackmore did exactly what we missed at Cougar Park and made yards in get out sets.
All in all class. And still got Baldy, Holmes and Baitieri to come back.

Ah I didn’t know that. Deffo need a prop or two to cover him and the loss of Johnson. Unless Matongo can keep fit and Foster steps up. Gutted about Baldy. Was one of our more consistent performers in the first half of the year.

How pleasing was that performance ? I thought it very appropriate that on the day that we finally mastered the small dimensions of the Odsal pitch, it was our beloved neighbours who also got to join in the celebrations !
