Unless Grix has already decided Maizen definitely going at the end of the season - which I'd be really disappointed by, seems absolutely ridiculous to bring in Fonau who's only possible position is centre. Saltonstall looks to me to still be carrying an injury from a few weeks back and looked horribly exposed by pace last week - would have been perfect opportunity to give Maizen a chance in what most people see as his best position. We brought him in on the strength of his Italy performances- on the wing - when he completely overshadowed our current star winger.

Just more Grix madness which was always going to bring up specualtion that Maizen is been punished for something rather than just a case of needing game time. I think recruitment next year may be a problem as I imagine players will look and wonder if we are right for them as so many new players seemed to be pushed back out.

Absolutely barmy goings on. I wonder if Fonau will actually turn up this time, when will we learn? People outside the club must be wondering what is going on and the players must be baffled too. It's no wonder we are so inconsistent let's hope our latest DR adventure doesn't backfire on us.

I can not see us not playing Fonua and i would expect him to be at centre which would lead me to thinking it will be Tibbs that is dropped which would be harsh considering how he played last week. I just wonder with Fonua being off contract at the end of this season and i would guess he could be leaving Cas if Grix is taking this opportunity to have a look at him as a possible signing for next year just a bit of guesswork but who knows.

I thought Grix doesn't like lazy players and what I've seen of Fonua on the telly he seems a bit lazy (isn't that why Cas have dropped him?) so it's all abit ironic that he drops lazy players but brings in a DR lazy player!

This might be his new try before you buy policy.

A lot of players who might be lazy seem to be players who have come from full time environments to part time. Some have even commented on how hard it is being part time as you have so all your training over a few evening as apposed to having it spread
Out every day of the week and also having to juggle it with another job. Being a semi professional sportsman takes a lot of dedication and discipline to succeed. Maybe more than a full time player

Wow meltdown time again. You'd think we were the Bulls and using DR and loans every week the way some react in here and social media.

As for Maizen I'm not sure what games people watch. He's shown the odd glimpse, obviously got pace. But his defence has been all over the place, even when he's moved out to the wing in some games. And he doesn't run his weight, doesn't offer the same endeavour or threat doing the hard yards you expect of your three quarters.

Suggesting players might not want to come here with what they've seen, what a laugh. Players with the right attitude seem to have managed fine. If you prefer to keep players that don't fit in or won't do the hard yards in attack and defence alongside their teammates then that is the way to lose the dressing room.

Where is the meltdown? I think everything that has been mentioned or asked are legitimate questions that should be being asked by anyone who has anything invested in the club. Which games was Maizen moved out to the wing that stand out for you as examples? I agree about some of what you say about him but ask anyone to play a position they have not played a lot of and it would be unfair to expect them to excel.

I get the theory behind good attitude and keeping the dressing room but our performances this season don't seem to tie in with that. We have a big discipline problem that has been a feature of Grix's reign which we seem no closer to solving, we have a habit of starting games slow which Grix has called the players out on numerous times this season and again we have seemingly no soloution to this and that is despite having players with good attitudes and whom toe the line. If we are saying Grix has weeded out the bad attitude/lazy players then the players on the pitch for us can no longer be to blame can they and the problem must lie somewhere else?
