Also Lino has been the constant this year but not had enough positive influences in games. It always tends to be other players fault Lino isn’t performing. He’s played with 4/5 different halves and I’m of the opinion it’s his game that needs to change. Won’t be popular but that’s just what I see. Try’s really hard Lino but holds the ball up, is predictable and one dimensional with an average kicking game.
I have to agree with this.
Even going back to the friendly on Boxing Day, the score was comfortable enough, but it wasn't until Lino went off and Smith went into the halves, did we step up a gear.
Right now, a 3 year extention for Lino, is very generous to say the least.
Potentially, Smith, Gale and Dagger are probably the ones in contention for the half back spots, and if they work, then I'd stick with it.
I hope to be proved wrong, however.
