Yeah good start fixtures wise. I think the run in isn't that good Cov (a) Sunderland (h), Blackburn (h), then Midds (a) QPR (a) Southampton (h). Granted 3 of last 5 are at home but there are a lot of strong champ sides in there. Having said that who knows who will go well...

Decision by time the weekend is through according to G Smith. Whoever it is needs our full backing to have a chance of immediate return to Prem. They’ve not much time at all.

Guardian or Telegraph not sure which one were reporting on the Internet late last night that we are set to appoint Viera. Thought it would be announced this morning.

Graham Smyth saying insiders at Leeds story is different to that and it's still open. However, they need to appoint today imo, i know i keep saying this but we are behind the 8 ball big time. Every day longer this takes is making the new managers job harder. We need to get it right, no doubt about it and shouldn't rush, BUT they have had enough time now. It shouldn't be taking this long. Apparently the 49ers do take their time with coaching appointments, they are well known for it in the NFL and they've been successful with that to be fair but this has to be wrapped up today imo.
I think now that Radz has stopped leaking news to Romano on social media, and the Italian press, we'll go back to the local journalists (Hay and Smyth) being the reliable sources for information. Been told Farke is first choice, but nothing confirmed yet.
Hay seems to have good contacts on the inside and he releases info he's known for a while once it is safe to do so. Athletic reporting Villa have Tyler Adams high on their wanted list as do a couple of other prem clubs. This will be a test for the new owners. On the plus side it should ensure we get plenty of money for him but leaves an absolutely huge hole in midfield if he goes.
