Davy is better at full back than Ben Mac is at 7. I also think we need to get as much game time into Davy as possible
Playing MaNamara would be a disaster and offer us zero attacking threat in their 20. Moving Hoy is a good option but i would go with Sutcliife who is probably the better defender and offers a bit more size when running the ball. That said we cant seem to second guess Smith as he continues to play Lane and McIntosh and with Tuimavave well off the pace you can see where Saints will target

The most depressing thing as a spectator is that Clifford is gonna be fit enough to play, but has got a games ban for getting a shot around the chops a week ago.
These rules need to be reviewed, because they make no sense. This game has half of your season's goals on the line.

It is unfortunate, but with rising insurance costs and the threat of legal action from ex players like fozzars, Goulding etc over head injuries, I think the rfls hands are tied somewhat

I would rather have Litten at 6 and Truman at 7, than Mcnamara, I have seen nothing at first team level to suggest he is good enough at this level, people like him but what does he bring to the team
Speed: no Kicking: no Makes breaks: No Passing: No Defence: Ok for a halfback, nothing special.
I know he is young, but he must have played about 20 games now and hasn't really shown anything. I'd be looking at promote Medforth and use him as back up next season, unless we think Mcnamara can play hooker an is going to vastly improve, I wouldn't be keeping him either.
Biggest game of the season against a full strength and in form Saints, have to take a risk and go at them.
