Do Leigh give fringe players some game time and rest a few players? Is Dan Norman cup tied? I think if nothing else we should give the Props a little breather and only use them 40 minutes.

I imagine Saints will want to avoid Norman being cup tied so i doubt he'll be available. I hope we rotate the squad though, i'd like to see Hanley get a full game on the wing and Wilde/Gannon both get some decent minutes to get a better look at them all.

Because of the size of the squad and the injuries, I wouldn’t think there would be too many changes, but I’m sure we could give less game time for some. Probably leave some on the bench just in case. I’m sure we can give some game time to players like Brand Wilde and Gannon. Not sure if Hanley will still be at Rochdale.

Agree , think it will be more or less the normal 13 but with the likes of Ipape Asiata Amone Mulhern doing no more than 40 minutes game time

Adrian Lam doesn't like changing his team. I thought he would have rested players last season when we were cruising but he always kept with his strongest team. York 0 Leigh 64.

We have the dual registration agreement with Rochdale now so Hanley's initial loan will now be DR instead, so he would be available if Lam wanted to use him

Barring Barrow away where we nearly came unstuck. Sammut (or sumut?) missed a last ditch kick that would have seen us drop a point and feed a pep pill to Fev.

Not too many changes and defo the cavalry warming their bums.

I think we have to play Lam and Mellor since Ben is sidelined.
I’d like to see O’Brien get a rest and maybe Kai as both have had knocks lately. After that, I’d go with things as normal but as said earlier, rest the likes of Edwin, Mulhearn, Asiata and Amone on the bench, and get more minutes from Ava, and a few others in the forwards.
We are only a week (or two) from seeing Ben, Joe (W) and Hughes in contention, but this is likely a game too soon for any of those three.
That said, Lam knows best, I’m just mumbling in my soup for the fun of it.

First game was in 1967, and have been hooked since day 1. Now live in Vancouver, Canada but follow our team any way I can.

I think we need to keep some of the ones that have played big minutes the last few games a bit fresh in preparation for the trip to Catalans in six days.

Derek has laid out bonus money for each stage of the cup. If that is to the playing 17, we may see a full strength team, as Ive also read that key players are being given the option to play or rest (within reason of course).
