There's something majorly not right within the playing group. Right from the off the body language was off and in the second half, after yet another dropped ball, Myler offered his hand to Bentley to pick him off the floor, Bentley refused it and turned his back on RM. The emotional distance between them as they walked to the scrum was huge. Not sure if there were words but none were needed. Just one example but something isn't right.

And add to the fact Bentley really was not happy getting subbed. What a waste of a Sunday afternoon. Team selection diabolical yet again. Yes we had some of our better players in the stands but so did Wakefield. On paper, yes I know you don`t win on paper but on paper playing a team that their own fans say are rubbish and who have their best players in the stand. We should be beating them by 3 scores and that`s not being disrespectful to Wakefield. It`s based on how they have played all season and the team they put out. At least they played with desire and we played like we had not won a game all season. Whilst I said Smith should be given until the end of the season there is now no justification for keeping him on after the last 2 games.

Short answer is No. He’s signed a clutch of players who are not good enough. We look in real trouble now. No leadership today. I don’t think GH or anybody else really wants to win anymore, it’s all corporate bs putting new events on.Nobody is driving the club to want to win titles. Whatever is going on now with recruitment and retention, team spirit was lacking today.
Again we got dominated in our half most of the game, loads of terrible basic errors. Many are slack. Wakey had ten missing. Peter smith has described it as the worst performance since SL began. No need for me to say more
I was there, mate. Was a dreadful performance for the second week on the bounce. I knew it was going to be a very close call because to put it bluntly there just isn't enough talent and will in the squad to get over any kind of injury crisis. Again, most of the criminal errors come from some of the most senior players on the pitch. This has been the case all season. Whether this will add up to "Rohan out" in the minds of the board, I do not know. I would suggest that the before they go in that direction they take time to assess who else might be available. As it stands I can't think of any available candidates. The fact remains that the squad desperately requires real quality and pace. Without that I don't see any coach making a spectacular difference. I know fans will always want the coaches head on a spike, but it's the same group of players who are the recurring factor in our continuing woe.
I have no answers but didn’t R/S arrive on a 5 year deal? We need a director of rugby to take charge of recruitment so we don’t get coaches mates again. Assuming r/s stays someone needs to tell him the basics like compete in attack and defence in the opposition 40. Don’t give up territory be disciplined wi Th and without the ball. Give clear directio so everyone understands their roles. If he is not willing to learn he needs managing out
