Think we'll beat them by a couple of scores.
They didn't beat us by too much last time and we are playing far better now than back then. Don't think much to their forwards other than Ipape, so I expect us to win the forward battle. Then only have 1 good half in Lam. I know they are flying high and playing well at the moment, but I'd be disappointed if we lost this one to be honest.

Two teams high on confidence but like you would be very disappointed to lose this one as a win gives us the extra bounce we need to beat Saints

Very disappointed to lose away to a side that's third in the league. Glad you have us in such high regard.

Amone, Asiata and ODonnell are all having good seasons. Either of those 3 would improve us.

They are in good form, but so are we. Should be a good game. Fingers crossed we come out on top.

Well, I'm really glad you guy's have hit form, and well done. This makes it a better game so all fans can get behind their teams, and enjoy a great encounter. Really looking forward to many of your fans turning up and making it a noisy spectacle, and a great game. :thumb:

Leigh are also miles better then last time we played them. Hope the players dont have this attitide as they will end up the same way, Wire and Saints did at LSV.

I think we can win, whats important to me is just be competitive and be in the game for 80 minutes. Leigh will come at us and they have some quick forwards and ruck.

Be a close one I reckon.

should be a good game, two of the best 7s' in the comp up against each other too, not sure how many fans we will bring, fridays' game will be our 5th game on the trot away from home, with Saints at home being alll pay the following week in the cup it may affect how many travel friday

I can't really call this one. Leigh are a good side, better than the team we lost to earlier in the season and at home will be a very difficult proposition. We have to start well, we cannot be chasing the scoreboard and a lot will rest on how we control Lam, if indeed we can. We should be confident, but not overly so, I'd say this is a harder match up than the Warrington game and I'd be telling the players that the ruck speed is vital, give Ipape an inch and he'll exploit it. Thought Dwyer's distribution against Wire, from acting half was abject, so maybe bring Cator in as hooker when Mint is subbed and bring Brown into the team. If Carlos is fit, I'd move Scott to the wing in place of McIntosh, although he did play well his weakness on kicks will be targeted and could cost us.

Cam Scott is none too great under high kicks as well you know?

In fact he’s let a few bounce lately.

They are both very similar for me but only one seems to get criticised :NAUGHTY:

I think Cam Scott is better in the tackle than McIntosh, but DM did well against Warrington, after a shaky start, but like you say neither good with a high ball, though I'd feel more confident, just, with him over McIntosh. , Just my opinion, I just think Scott is a good, solid player, and can cover second row, if absolutely necessary.
