Great news and for me totally unexpected, even if he doesn’t play this week hopefully he can come back for the Saints game. Back to being a 2 man team again!!!
I'm sure they'll only play him when they're sure he's ready. Suspect he'll miss out this week or maybe have a 20 minute cameo. Hamstring injuries must be a mental challenge for speedsters in their first few games back. I don't think we'll be seeing him go all out for a while.
Field on the bench and to have 10-15 mins before half time when the Catalans big men are tiring. Field is the last players they'll want to see coming off the bench.

i just think back to 2 seasons ago when he was coming back mid-season from the hammy injury. He never looked right once, and then was out for the remainder of the season. Better to give him an extra couple of weeks with some real intense training sessions than to force it and him be out for the rest of the season. Although it could go during a training session, its a better scenario as he can pull back if he dont feel right as opposed to pushing to chase someone down / outrun someone during a match

Really worried what we’d be like without him but think it’s 6 wins from 8 games which we would have taken.
Not too fussed which week he comes back, trust the coaching team to get it right. Maybe bench this week
RICHARDS IS SUPERMAN!!!!

Sure they won’t risk him if he’s not right. I’d imagine they’ll go with the approach of giving him a week too long and not a week short. The injury wasn’t as serious as the one in 2021, so he should get back to his best quicker.
