Cannot knock the effort but really poor execution today. Salford are a very good side and you can't turn over the ball so much and expect to win.

Hopefully Carlos back for next weekend and I'd consider Barron or Martin on the wing.

Impressed with Trueman, looked dangerous, hope we can keep Clifford. Still think Hoy will come good.

Thought Hoy had a decent 2nd half. Didn't deal with 1 high kick but he ran the ball very well and looking threatening.

its because there is nothing left in the tank after doing too much defending once again all self inflicted
We have seen the difference it makes when our discipline is relatively good but today once again the errors and poor discipline cost us the game.

Played well, works really well with Croft, very happy with our halfback pairing though, just need to get a few forwards to lay the platform

Giveover.

We made mistakes but we was in the game. If we had won youd have said nothing.

To be honest think Bonaire makes a valid point. I’ve been critical of Houghton in the past and have praised his recent performances but today I thought he was pretty ineffective and not helped by the amount of work we had to do due to errors etc which was compounded by not spelling him.

A game we could have and should have won but too many errors and poor completion gifted it to Salford.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Yes, Sneyd doing Sneyd things.

Won us plenty of games over the years including a couple of Cups but it was time for a change. Happy with Clifford.

Sure did. He helped win us 2 trophies. Shall I explain what they are?
