We've certainly got quite the team, constantly surprise me as I wasn't expecting the win tonight, thought it might be a close and interesting game but there you go.

I can forgive the two easy tries we gifted Wire in exchange for the second half niling and the great defence in the first 15-20 of the second half when we really were under a lot of pressure. Granted Wolves made some sloppy mistakes themselves in build-up play but a lot of that was to do with our resistance and tackling.

Started like a house on fire and bossed the first 20 minutes, I'd like to see the two disallowed tries again, not saying they weren't fairly called, just from where I was I'd like to see what the fouls were.

Halton went ok, he'll take a few more weeks to get up to speed, and it is nice to see Lam doing subs "properly" this time.

Ben was easy MoM and it is lovely to see his place kicking coming on a treat, but it was a fine squad performance, special plaudits to Ricky, he does some major work every match.

The team really do seem to be playing for each other and are happy with each other and geeing each other up.

Can't argue with any of that. Special times at Leigh Sports Village.

Halton was holding his arm/wrist at the end - feeling we may not see him for a while, but realistically he is part of next seasons project, this season is going way beyond my expectations- top 6 deffo a realistic target now

Living amongst the Wire People, I was hoping for this result, and in some respect I expected it. This is a phenomenal team, right across the board, from Deggsy, Lammy, Chezzy, Clubby and all the players, and the fantastic fans (just wish there was few more of us).
Truly magical times, beating all the Yorkshire teams, Saints and Wire.

What a great result and what a great team (in the true sense of the word) we have.
That said I believe that Adrian Lam is a true master of his craft. This team is full of players that many had written off, including our own fans.
Zak- he is not the impact player he was
Briscoe- lost his pace and no longer up to the task.
Josh- way past his best, weak defence, weak under a high ball
Robbie Mulhearn- another no longer good enough at this level
Ben Reynolds- not good enough, poor place kicker, too slow…… and so many other comments
Oliver Holmes- not good enough at this level, “what does he do”
Gareth O’Brien- not good enough anymore, too slow
Kai O’Donnell- never heard of him, not big enough, couldnt make it in NRL so….
And don’t forget the label of a team full of Warrington rejects. (How that has taken a turn hey !).

Wigan were crazy to not keep Lam in their setup. He managed to keep a Wigan team with no Field or French in the hunt all season. The team was a mid table team without those two but Lam kept them higher and difficult to beat right to the end.
He has now navigated the grind that is getting out of the Championship, and the minefield that is the first half of the season in SL. And he’s done it with a team that so many thought was not good enough.
Adrian Lam, take a bow mate !

First game was in 1967, and have been hooked since day 1. Now live in Vancouver, Canada but follow our team any way I can.

5:47 AM. Still awake. Leyth too good. Might need to do a GoFundMe for psychological assistance to process this situation.

25 years of supporting Leigh means the current situation does not compute.

I keep being pleasantly surprised with the results, I think because of what has happened in the past when we have been promoted. This team of coaches and players are unbelievable and deserve to be where they are. Keep it up guys. Wembley and the play offs are well within reach if we can keep the team on the park. Go the Leythers.

Well, I thought this team would struggle but they've proved me wrong, thank goodness.

Praise must go to Adrian Lam's excellent coaching skills, the backroom staff for getting the players to peak condition, and the players for responding. I can't see anyone stopping them getting to Wembley and maybe, just maybe, they will make it to the GF.

Well done Leigh and everyone concerned. It's been a long time coming. Enjoy it.

Warrington fans believe they have just been beaten by a Warrington 2nd team. Of course Leigh only won because Wire played so badly.

When you consider one or even both of wires tries on another day may not have happened plus we could have had another two or three tries this really was a phenomenal performance. Not sure what pleased me most relentless pounding at the Warrington line for the first twenty or the sheer grit and bravery of that defence in the second half for again the first twenty , outstanding!
