Dammit. I wrote about him in the starting paragraph and forgot to put him in. Tricky. Baldwinson, Rogers are both playing well as starting props. But Lawrence if fit has to start. Scurr is playing well as interchange prop. Mason has had 1 good game for us. Mason misses out then
I think we'll lose and be subjected to more pant peeing from that lot because it's their cup final
stupid summer bash even the name is naff. Get rid of the magic weekend too that's a waste of time a silly gimmick that devalues the competition.
and don't get me started on the clubs bringing out new kits for it.
A festival of mens and womens nines games from all the different leagues with some of the top amatuer sides thrown in would be better IMO. Overall winners get a trophy but no impact on league standings.

And this is exactly why Fenton could miss out. The spoiling tactics in the heat of a derby and his running style could be a flash point whereas you’d expect Lawrence would steer the group away from that.
Strongest squad of the season this week. There can be zero excuses this time.
Aj is in the reserves tomorrow so he will miss out
6 oot of the 7 backs pick them selves if all fit. Only question is Jowitt or Patten to partner Holmes. 3 second rowers (including 1 on the bench) will be Butler, England and BT Lilley at 9 Middles in anyones guess could be any combination!
IF they are all fit then that is a good looking squad to pick from, but I'm just suspecting that not all of them are 100%. Wasn't planning on going to York after the Cougar Park humiliation but things have changed quite a bit since then so might just be tempted.
