No ranting here Betsy, my expectations are very low nowadays. I've noticed you're easily pleased though, so I'm sure whoever the innovative coach might be, you'll be happy.

I understand coaches wages not being the greatest. But I can’t understand why teams pay say £20,000 a year for a player that hardly plays instead of investing that into a coach as that would attract a better quality to get the best out of the squad.

Is anyone else worried about that?
Why is our club so reactive? The last 15 years of random chaos would surely show that being proactive, strategic and planning stuff might have a better outcome. It wouldn’t hurt to at least try some planning…
Maybe because our CEO is a volunteer never involved In Pro sport before & owner has failed at every Rugby League appointment he has ever held including owner of the famous Blue Sox. Until Nigel is bought out by someone who knows what they are doing it will be one calamity to another.
Bag Caiseley as much as you like but he took us to the very top of the game, for Harrisgate to end it all thanks to Heatheringtons Leeds.
Who is one of Niges stooges? Heatherington.
The fans started to hammer Dunning, but tbf you can't blame him who wouldn't have grabbed the opportunity with both hands.
The next coaching appointment should be impressive as performance is one of the IMG pillars. If it isn't its more of the same until a white Knight comes in and buys fat boy out.

So they should have a new coach installed in less than a week ?

If your going to sack someone you should have at least some plan in place. But it appears the Barrow ass walloping was so severe they had to be seen to be do something with little forward planning.
I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.
