I'd like Lawford to have the shot, but I'd be amazed of Dunning goes with anything other than Patton/Lilley, as the halves Flanagan/Jowitt as interchange Hooker.
We said it weeks ago, when the grown up aren't on the pitch they're clueless but from this weekends dire performance it no sounds like we have individuals that spit the dummy and quit.
Thankfully I did something I've never, ever done this weekend.... watched City instead....
We can all identify certain players that aren't up to it. Patton for instance must be a coach's nightmare. He's got plenty of ability but seems to drift in and out of games. No wonder the club were rumoured to be trying to offload him in the close season. Why we persist with him is beyond me.

Very true but I still think with a strong coach he could be an asset to the team. Let's be honest most of our trys come from his assists, be it kicks or passes.
