Shorrocks hasn’t caught a clean ball in two hands all night. Killing our sets.

We’ve been dreadful with the ball. Everything made up on the spot. Can’t fault the effort but zero brains for 9 and 7.

Why tf did Peet leave Nsemba on the bench for 75 minutes? Ridiculous to then bring him on as well.

On Peet that loss. Pointless playing a game with 16 players and giving Nsemba 5 mins. Ludicrous.

Hull probably deserved to win overall. Typical we play them as their form starts to turn. Some of our defence was awful though, very grabby and lazy. Discipline in the first half was awful. To say we were poor with the ball would be an understatement. French was sensational under the high ball, probably the only highlight.

You can never knock our effort, fitness and guts but we were so poor in our execution again. We need a stand off in there desperately but that’s not why we lose. Somebody, be that French, Powell, O’Neill Smith etc has to pick a pass to open them up with all that territory. Fair play to Hull though. They grafted their backsides off and stick right in there. It won’t mean a great deal to us in the long run but it could be huge for them.

Terrible first half from us, penalties and half arsed defence. Second half we just looked clueless. Hull just wanted it more. That said, we were missing Field, Marshall, Cust, Singleton, Cooper, Ellis and Isa.

First half hour was poor, we then got our heads into it and the last 50 our intensity was there and defence was great, like other games though our attack just isn’t clicking and we couldn’t haul it back, really bad 2 points to drop, felt they were there for the taking all second half.

Hull were poor. We were are own worst enemy. Going to sound like a sore looser but the professional foul from Truman killed that game not the knock on
