Good positive attitude Knocker. Me. I’m dreading it but I’ll turn up. As you say we may get a response from the 50+ hammering we got last week. I hope so.

Afty fellahs. Fev are a bit good but all the best! Bongser's attention will be elsewhere for obvious reasons but hopes that you limit the damage to within four scores - that would be a result to build upon under the circumstances.

Fev too quick and too powerful. Difficult to build consistent pressure when you keep making errors too

Decided to sit this one out. Didn't think we would be competitive.

Beginning to look like Trinity have accepted the invitation to be relegated so looks promising for newly rebranded Leigh. You can now begin to build for next year so exciting times for Leigh.

Actually it wasnt a bad game. If you accept we were always going to lose. Fev are big and experienced ad organised in defence. They were also able to capitalise on first half mistakes to saunter in. We worked hard in defence and attack but made mistakes in both areas allowing 2/3 really soft tries first half and we don’t have the guile to post as many points as we should. But I wouldn’t say we were bad. My gut feeling is Fev didnt get out of 3rd gear and didn’t need to. If that is their standard they could get beat by someone but it won’t be us. Henry and Stock picked up knocks which isn’t good for cup match next week. Our kicking game remains weak. Henry helped out but not impressively IMHO.Another good game for Natoli.

I know there was an actual minute’s silence at this game, but does anyone know anything about this 10 second knee drop all the players do as well before the game where the ref blows his whistle as well? Has happened for at least the last 4 home games, but no announcement of what it means and it just seems bizarre.

I think it’s a residual BLM/diversity inclusion activity. I think they reduced it down to 13 seconds or some such for reasons too arcane for me to recall. Some clubs do it some don’t now.

Pretty spot on BT. Thought we didn't start that badly but errors and lack of cohesion gradually crept in and affected us. Fev made the most of the opportunities presented and looked pretty comfortable, even when we turned it up to 11 at the end. Two sobering league results, so hopefully we can put a strong performance in against Dewsbury and reset the confidence levels.
