The concern for me is that at the moment who is going to committ to the club. Its not as if we can say to players we will be in Super League next season.
Its a combinations of alot of things for me but its a worry when going into the recruitment field we cant guarntee contracts. Such a mess really.

We can all see it's a team just going through the motions with very few prepared to bend their backs.

Some of these players have no shame. Their plan seems to be put on the shirt, run on to the pitch and do sweet f a. Look at the likes of Litten and see a world of difference. There will be other lads waiting for their chance and the sooner they're given that chance the better. Our season seems to have now come down to comparing our results to Wakey's as that's the only way we can avoid relegation.
Speaks for itself that the only player that walks away from that game with any credit is a 19 year old kid. Have to say hindsight is proving that our laid back approach to pre season has bitten us on the booty. All well and good coming into a season “undercooked” but now here we are 9 games in, and are the players any fitter? Are they playing with more invention or flare? Simply put, no. Constantly blowing and offer nothing getting out of yardage.
I just don’t get what is going on at the moment, one minute we are told Savelio is dropped for the derby/Leeds, the next it turns out he had an injury. It’s as if they think they can just make things up as they go along and take us loyal supporters who stand in the p**sing rain for a bunch of mugs. Again, communication is awful.
Get to an extent why Smith wanted to leave Sutcliffe/Carlos in centres, but bloody hell, if he hasn’t seen now that Lovodua isn’t a half back then when will he?
I see no fight in them, it’s like if we concede first it’s the game over and their heads go down, what a pathetic mentality and one that needs addressing sharply otherwise is goodbye Leeds, hello Whitehaven

Tonight Rovers had 3 quite outstanding players, Abdull, Lewis and Litten who you decided weren't good enough for you, all now in the England squad.
You only have yourselves to blame.
None were good enough at the time, I genuinely believe had they stayed at FC they wouldn’t be half the players they are now, they’d have continued to believe their own hype and stagnated like numerous current players.
It took for them to be released to give them the motivation to turn their potential into performance. Abdull and Lewis particularity have a huge chip on their shoulder, you could tell in their interviews before the derby, being released hurt them but they got their heads down and became better players for it.
I didn’t go yesterday and didn’t even listen on radio as I decided not to let it ruin my night for a change so I can’t really comment on the performance
But I’m going to disagree with a lot of people on here. I do think our players are trying. They’re not good enough and it’s just a bunch of players, not a team.
Rovers for example are just a solid team, tackle aggressively as a unit and build from there. We just have a bunch of individuals with 0 resilience
On serious about rugby league tony smith has explained the cause of hulls demise, its not the players fault its social media putting pressure on them.Well thanks for clearing that up for us tony,im sure hull fans will feel a bit better now.

Forget the coach and the players, this comes down to recruitment.
Adam Pearson and James Clark are responsible for this mess, they’ve made 5/6 years of terrible recruitment decisions that have taken a top 4 side to a below average squad, half of which is out of contract at the same time, it’s an absolute shambles.
Clark needs firing and Pearson needs to sell, neither are capable of sorting this out.

But our worst players are also likes of Houghton lane mcnamara
So it's not all about recruitment
Yes likes of mcintosh, Evans lovodua have been poor signings esp the first 2
