It'll be as much about how replaceable they are in the current market. I'd be surprised if we let both Austin and Sezer leave at the same time.

You are Zane Tetevano and I claim my £5.

It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

Exactly. Depends what we can get in.
There's the element of player power to consider as well.
If we offer reduced terms, just look what happened with Hurrell and King.

FWIW I'd definitely give Austin another contract. Ideal if he's happy with one year deals.
I think we'll be looking for a full back.
And if Fusitua goes, we need to replace him with a centre or wing (depending where McDonald plays).
We need to be careful with Tet and Sezer.
If we let them go, we need to be confident we can replace with better quality.
Tetevano has been very good lately and if he plays like that all season, I'd be tempted to keep him on. I can't see us getting pedigree like his from the NRL now.
On paper Sezer is the organiser we need, but it doesn't seem to be working out. I expect Rohan is looking for a half to partner Austin as well.
Hooker is the interesting one - do we stick with O'Connor and Johnson, or do we look to bring someone in....
Will be very difficult to replace the whole spine in one off season.

Sezer is all class and will be much better now with consistent ball from 9. Surprised people can’t see that…..

Tetevano is an interesting one. We've seen him play his best rugby this season now that his role has changed. In past seasons, due to his conditioning, he's been able to play the full 80 at prop, but to me has been mostly ineffective.

Now that he's been coming off the bench or even playing backrow, he's seems to be a lot more comfortable and able to make more of an impact. I'd offer him another deal - maybe even 2 years on reduced terms.

To be honest, I'd get rid of Austin and Sezer. It's gonna have to be managed really carefully to not derail this campaign though. Could easily cause dressing room issues if not handled well...

Because hes rumoured to be one of the highest earners at the club and hasnt pulled his weight for the first two years of his contract. Now hes out of contract hes playing well

He'll be on 230k+ and hasn't proved to be good value for that. Big improvement this year from him but still not at that level.

But hey ho…..

You cannot pick a player just because he tackles well.I want more from my back row.

Don't see the point in keeping Donaldson he's not getting in the team now so why should that be any different next year.Plus hopefully Ruan will feature next season.
