Watched him closely on Friday, far too lazy, a couple of decent runs, then nothing, only plays limited minutes.
As it stands and as long as we have replacements lined up, I would be bothered if any if the non née overseas players left (benefit of the doubt to Hoy and Clifford) even Carlos, looks a shadow of the player he was.
Be interested to hears some comments from those who didnt rate Connor, not just his creativity, but we really miss his passion, there wasn't a player in that 17 yesterday who showed any kind of fight that Connor would have gone.
We also gave him away for free then tried to feed the media a story about him being out for 10 months, been robbed there.

I miss the old Connor but the one we had last season would have made no difference yesterday, he'd have strolled about mouthing off while never having the ball in a good position because the pack were well beaten.
He wanted to leave and there was no point keeping him, its rare anyone pays a transfer fee in SL.

we should never have let connor go,the only reason he started losing is rag last season, was opposing teams knew if they could rattle connor, the game was won,no one else in the team had a clue.the wigan home game in may was an example of connor virtually winning the game on his own.we decide to keep the dross and let our best player go.we did the same with liam watts and 7 years later we still havent been able to find as good a ball playing prop foreward.then we wonder why we are in the mire.
