Surely that must be the straw that broke the camels back?
Is there anyone who really thinks that continuing with this coaching setup is going to deliver anything other than what they've managed to deliver so far?
Yes, I know it's not just the coach - but ultimately it's his squad, his decisions, his coaching, his tactics, and his selections, and none of them are working.

People who should also go. But he's an adult and knew the situation when he took the job. Sadly he's simply not capable of coaching at this level and it's disappointing that he put himself, the players, and the club in the position by accepting a job he couldn't do

Got to agree, sadly. Don’t know who we’d bring in, but this simply isn’t working. I thought after the Salford game we looked to be turning a corner, but we are atrocious. By far the worst Wakey team I’ve seen play in my time watching. It makes for a really dour spectacle too.
He got given the job before he was ready. It’s not hindsight, many including myself said as much when he was appointed. He will likely pay the price soon enough and get thrown under the bus but the buck stops with the people who gave him the job.
Said already tonight I’d give it to proctor if he wanted it. Get him off the playing today and he knows more about the game than anyone in the club. Also he’s the only one I see looking like motivating the team but he’s just not a player anymore. He gets my vote can’t do any worse and at least has passion

To be honest, one of the U9s from Stanley Rangers could achieve the same record as coach as Applegarth has managed.
It was always going to be a gamble. You can't just go straight in as first team head coach in Super League. People said at the time, "look at Matt Peet at Wigan, he's done alright". Well, we're not Wigan and the difference in coaching experience between Applegarth and Peet is like chalk and cheese.
"Back home we got a taxidermy man. He gonna have a heart attack when he see what I brung him."
