But early super league days when I first started watching

We was skint and punching above our weight

These days we just shoot ourselves in the foot and have players who can't be a^sed

I mean whilst I am not looking forward to it, I think some are actually thinking Rovers are a great side. They are not and whilst they will win, they probably wont put us to the sword like most of the other clubs have.

Bookies have both Humberside teams even keel.
I think the Black & Whites of the West side of the river will win this.

I said we’d beat beat Salford
I said we’d beat leigh
But we will beat the red n white stinkers
If the players have any pride they will win and put them back in their basket

Sometimes in derbies the form book can be turned upside down. You'll certainly need it to be to have any chance in this game.

Either way I feel Rovers are going to be the favourites every time for the foreseeable future.

I couldn't hear the robin sing if not for you.

No great shock but Hoy definitely out for a few weeks.
Ben Mac sounds like he'll be back for Friday which is good news. For all he doesn't do flashy stuff we did look better going forward before he got injured.

Litten, McNamara and Clifford doesn't fill me with confidence.

Is Scott available?

It'll certainly be a test for Litten starting at FB in such a big game but he's shown decent composure so far.
It's a bit of a gamble for sure or you go with the steady option of Shaul.

McNamara and Clifford are our best options at HB currently so no real choice there for me.
