I think O'connor is doing a great job but I think Leeming got the botty on when smith said James Bentley will be playing minutes at 9 as he played there a bit as a junior.
That's when he knew he was done.

Think that came after Leeming announced he'd asked to be released, in response to whether they would recruit at 9. Bentley also did a short spell there owing to Leemings injury picked up at saints.

If you have played a certain way your whole career you just can't change like that - your natural instincts can be changed - Dwyer could not play like Roby and visa versa. If you think he should just accept to play in the reserves and be defending fodder in training you are deluded. He did the right thing - request a move - draw a line under it and move on. Yes he was an animal when at the Roosters I actually think the harsh penalties last year diluted his natural game and he became disillusioned now the ref are a bit more relaxed around contact he's coming good again but still a shadow of the Roosters version of him.
