Hoy & Clifford for example should be better players at the end of their contract than now. I’d rather be concerned about needing to find the cap space to keep them
While we havent recruited well over the years, we arent the hottest club to join, we've not won much over the years have missed the top6 a lot over the years and Hull has a bad reputation as a place to live and is a fair commute from West Yorkshire. We will have to outpay to get anyone with more offers to think about
I have no idea how true this may or may not be, but I attend the same barber as TS, in Willerby. The proprietor, is Josh Hodgson's best friend and according to him, Hull have some very big investment coming their way in the shape of a local business man, who is massively rich and a hated rival of the MKM group. It was also said that we are safe from relegation, because of the state of Wakefields's pitch and our attendances and the facilities at the stadium. He also said that Pearson has threatened the entire squad with early termination of their contracts, if they repeat their Salford performance and is prepared to back TS all the way. apparently , Hoy is not happy with life in the UK and is mulling over an early release. He also said that Sao has had an offer elsewhere, which he thinks he will accept and that has implications for Satae's renewal. Worrying times but possibly some light at the end of this bleak tunnel. Can see Rovers posting a huge score on Good Friday if we cannot motivate ourselves.
If Salford can rebuild every other season when their best players get poached by the NRL / top 4 in the super League, then we can do it, need to be ruthless and have a much better scouting system in place than we seem to currently

Possibly some truth in some of that though how much time will tell. As for Hoy he certainly looks like a player that isn't happy currently but that could just be down to playing with a team of lazy ar5ses
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Hoy's girlfriend posted on Instagram from her bedroom window a picture of Hull Minster (their apartment overlooks it) saying "I Love Our Home" - so perhaps his unhappiness here is just a rumour. I'm sure he will be fine once the weather warms up a bit.

Was just about to say the weather so far has hardly been inspiring for an Aussie from a Surfer family! And surely he realises that picking up some MoM awards in SL helps get attention in the NRL
