I'd say its both to be honest Dave as whether you're good enough or not, you can still put effort in, show desire and quite honestly I've seen little of that so far this season. We must be one of if not the laziest team in SL and that shows in our woeful attempts at defence and in particular tackling which they just want to make a grab instead of bending their backs a getting stuck in. The difference between us and Leigh in that area alone was night and day, Leighs defensive line speed was far quicker than us, as soon as we played the ball they were on us and they made sure their tackles stuck. Compared to us, we just stood waiting then made lazy attempts and grabbed players often bouncing off. We were never in the game as we struggled to make 20-30 metres in a set yet we gift the opposition at least 10M every ptb with our unwillingness to get off the mark to defend when the balls played.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

I agree. If we can improve the team in general I think he'll look even better. We rarely manage to get him into favourable matchups but when we do he usually does the business.
Just treading water until we can get players in who can carry out TS’s game plan I reckon.
Still need a decent nine who can control a game and compliment Dwyer if he stays. Hopefully maximise the quota spots, which has been woefully mismanaged.
Think we already have a Director of Rugby at the club. He happens to coach the side as well.
