Priority has to be the pack, 3 forwards at least, probably a hooker, but that depends of if they think Balmforth will be ready, I'd keep Dwyer he isn't perfect, but offers something different. Think someone like Morgan Smith would be a good signing, can play both hooker and halfback to a good standard.
In an ideal world a winger, but don't think this is a priority, especially with the winger we have coming through and also that McInhtosh will be here for another year
Of those out of contract, i'd be looking to release the following:
Danny Houghton, Joe Lovodua, Kane Evans, Josh Griffin Jamie Shaul Scott Taylor
There is a fair bit of cap space there, and the talk over been at our 'internal cap' I believe is being shrewd ahead of a big overhaul of the squad.
Priority has to be a Quota spot second rower, a Manu Mau style of player. I would say secondly a quota hooker would be a great bit of business also, with the likes of Dwyer/Balmorth been utilised from the bench. Hull may look to promote Laidlaw/Gardiner into regular first teamers however an English prop to replace Taylor would be ideal. Its not going to be a boring year in regarding arrivals/departures that's for sure.

For the right price I'd keep Taylor and Griffin, Salford game apart (where everyone was poor) they have had good seasons.
Agree with the other 4,
Shaul Houghton Evans Lovodua
Would give us 2 quota places and a good chunk of cash to bring in 3 good forwards. One UK and 2 overseas players.
The problem we have, May 1st is only 5 or 6 weeks away and the majority of the players OOC have had a couple of years of poor performances, and haven't given themselves enough time to correct their form and/or attitude. I think we need to be ruthless, but at the same time, not leave ourselves without adequate replacements if the market is poor for recruitment
