No, you are putting words in my mouth now. I just think that a 13.5 stone and 14 stone hookers are too light for my liking.
I'd prefer to see bigger hookers, such as Buderus, Diskin, and Newton, who all have a couple of stone on Leeming, Johnson, and O'Conner.
Seth wrote:It's being scrutinised as you put it because it's simply nonsense. Tetevano is the lightest at 16.5 and Holroyd is over 17 so I'm not sure how you're getting an average of 16.5 (unless youre including the wingers of course).
Oledzki - 17 stone
Lisone - 17 stone
Holroyd - 17 stone
Tetevano - 16.5 stone
Gibbons - 16 stone
Ruan - 16 stone
(17+17+17+16.5+16+16)/6 = 16.5833333333 stone.

Four out of six of our second rowers weigh in at 15 stone. I'm not saying we need 18 stone second rowers, just a touch more bulk per man.
But again, I don't know why you are getting so anal about it. I prefer a pack on the heavier side, you don't, so what?
The beauty of the squad at the moment is the amount of youth. The younger guys, who also tend to be the lightest, are going to naturally fill out and put a little bulk on in the next couple of years.
