I imagine, and hope, it will be a large part of the grading criteria used in the future. All SL teams should have an academy and a reserves team, with at very least plans in place to start a women's team.

Think that must be a given to be honest.. Add into that extra points for scholarship team, girls teams, wheelchair, disability sides, in fact any/all teams any club runs.

Totally agree all top level sport should have Academy, Reserves, Women and I can see Wheelchair teams too.

Well we have to trust Smith as he has much greater knowledge & experience than we do and he sees the players on a daily basis, he makes valid points and can't argue as didn't see the game.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Hoy took part in training this afternoon so hopefully he's good to go for Saturday. Also Joey was training at 6, Houghton at 9 and Savelio right second row.
