This kind of performance will happen again and again until he gets his own team - Tony smith cant work miracles with players that have spent years beeing poorly coached and poorly motivated.

The tackling sounds non existent and don’t think they got on the plane let alone got off it. Sao & Savelio not too unsurprisingly sound very rusty but very little from anyone else at all Jack Brown sounds like the only bright spot of an awful performance.

At least we are still playing and have t chucked the towel in like previous seasons, think I’ll put it down to just a bad day at the office. On a positive note at least it’s a grounder for them all and we will get more from this loss moving forward.

A reminder that there is a hell of a lot of work to do for Smith over the next couple of seasons.

So our unbalanced questionable 17 for the first two games bagged 4 points and our much better balanced team for tonight has got mullered.

Thats the reason Chris players like Sao and Savelio should have played in the reserves this weekend.
The same goes for Tuimavave and Trueman when fit.
We know Smith has a huge job to do and a clearout at the end of the season is neccessary.
We cant compete playing only with one halfback,two poor second rows,two average Joes in the centre,a fumble king with no real pace on the wing and an overseas front row who does less minutes on the field than an egg timer.
The disappointment for me tonight apart from the result was how easily we were outmuscled and showed no aggression at all in the tackle
