He’s a player you’d just avoid because he’s no use to anyone sat in the stand. I feel much the same about any links with Warea Hargreaves coming here. The disciplinary process has been a mess this past couple of years and you’ve no way of lads like that getting away with anything.

If it wasn’t risky enough that somebody like Maguire would pick up bans for foul play, he then throws this in to the mix. If he plays more than 15-20 games this season I’ll be surprised.

It's a joke of a sport when it comes to stuff like this. Big names = more eyes watching on TV, or more spectators in the ground. That means more money for the clubs. Instead we'll sit the big guys in the stands for 6 weeks. Great idea.

Looking at the charge it may be worse than just swearing.

I don’t but I can guess what he is being accused of is significantly worse than just standard bad language name calling.

Sledging is part of the game however everyone knows who takes the field there are things you don’t say. I’m not saying he has gone down that route, I don’t know, but if he has he deserves everything coming to him.

Genuinely I couldn't care less what he said. Wire fans pay good money for season, or individual tickets to watch these guys play & not sit in the stands (injuries aside).

What he's done isn't bad, unless you're an absolute soft ar$e.
