Doesnt necessarily have to be someone thats recently played in SL . Could be someone like a Danny Bridge for example.
One would think James Clare has done enough in his carreer to not have to 'earn' a Championship contract by training 1st.

Jamie Peacock fits Mick's description but would probably need to prove his fitness in training this year (though maybe not under Kear last season).
