I'm looking forward to seeing how Griffin performs in the 2nd row as it seems that is now his position under the tenure of Smith. He certainly has the size, strength and speed to play that position and if his attitude is right and he has that desire and enjoyment back them he could do very well for us there.

He has copped a lot of criticism on here some of it justified some of it not. He's had a couple of bad seasons with injury which clearly has affected his confidence.
As you state physically he has the tools to play second row and it's a position where we are short in.
Looking forward to see how he goes. I hope fans get behind him rather than rubbish him at the first opportunity.
