I was merely asking a question. The tone of the replies and the suggestion that someone should ‘have a word’ suggest that some think his opinions should not be heard.
No one saying he isn’t allowed an opinion but for me when you are in a position such as he then I think you are better served to stay out of such things.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

I think his viewpoint is pretty much standard amongst the 20-30 year olds. Refusing the jabs because they consider themselves fit young men who’ve had Covid, whose symptoms range from sniffles to flu like. I have a few younger mates in their 30’s who haven’t taken up the jab. I’m almost 70 and have had every jab and been very lucky not to have contracted Covid without changing my habits, apart from lockdown. He’s entitled to his opinion as is everyone else, where I disagree is, he shouldn’t publicly push it.

All he has done is retweet a BBC news clip? I wonder if it would be ok for him to promote his opinion if he had a different view on it all. A lot of young people refrained from getting the jab in fear of reports that are coming out now, in mainstream media.

While i agree with other posters he should refrain talking about what he knows FA about and concentrate on playing rugby, i think Tony Smith is the last person who would qualify to educate him. I remember a press conference Smith did during covid when he not only refused to say how many HKR players were unvaccinated and actually refused to state his position in the debate, leading to speculation about his own views. Look like we have some budding CT's taking up the mantle on here. Shame.
