No massive surprises. Guess Dwyer asked for 33.

A lot of young kids are topping that squad up. Not sure how this compares to other teams

Look at Saints squad after Hurrell, not really heard of any of them. If anything, we have more experience in the latter numbers. Definitely the way to go, spend the cap on your top players and use the youth players to fill up the rest.

No real shock or surprises and Griffin's change of number is either a sign of his change of position for the coming season or a consequence of attitude.
To be honest it doesn't look too bad a squad and if we can stay relatively injury free or free of long term injuries then it should be an interesting season.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Good article with Taylor in todays HDM. If he can get back to something like his 2016/17/18 form then we'll have a very good prop on our hands and i'd happily see Sao in the second row.

Yes and reading between the lines I think his comments also echo similar is regards to the changes and in particular the standards expected of them as individuals and as a group and the Coaching staff dictate rather than the clique of players.
Was also interesting to see him mention about other issues that affected performances.

Looking at 1-17, just hoping almost all fully fit for start of the season.
Truman looks most unlikely, but Evans, Lovodua & Carlos also doubtful ?
Presume Savelio & Cator looking good.

It seems the club is now taking a longer term view reqarding injuries & rehab ? Hopefully we will see the benefits throughout the season ?

We need big seasons from Taylor and Evans if we are to consider moving Sao.

Wonder if Scott is seen as a SR ahead of Griffin too?

Difference is saints have a top class 13

Likes of makinson, lomax, percival, walmsley, Roby, Knowles are the best players position wise in the league

Our signings are good but we still have under performers like Mcintosh, Griffin, Houghton, taylor etc

Majority of players are still at the club who were an embarrassment last season

Signings aside can't carry the other 12 players

For me Mitch should infront of mcintosh and dwyer/lovodua infront of Houghton

Wishful thinking about Taylor
Talks the talk but in my opinion finished as a top front row which he was several seasons ago
