Well with the Huddersfield clue they have Pryce, Fages or Lolohea.

Pryce would be a great signing we’re he not off to the NRL, Fages, top plsyer, Lolohea not for me.

I’m maybe guessing with Hastings going to the Knights there may be some movement with Pryce potentially especially if we maybe invest the £ that we get for Bateman to make it happen.

Apart from Pryce, there aren't any Yorkshire based HB's that I'd want. Truman potentially, but he's just gone to Hull FC.

No matter who it is, it's an absolute waste of a signing. Cust and Smith are both more than good enough. Add in Field can player there, which unleashes French at #1 & gets Miski in and we're more than covered.

Pryce would allow us to move Cust into 9, maybe drop Powell in at 13 for spells and allow us to push Smithies into the secondrow to replace Bateman.

We look to be going with a smaller squad in 23 so having players with that versatility or those that can create versatility around others roles could be crucial.

Can't beat a bit of rumour mongering so, just to stir the pot a little, weren't his dad and uncle massive Wigan fans in their youth? I remember it being told that their parents used to drive them over to watch Wigan on a regular basis. Just saying.....
