What did fans think of the documentary "Women of Steel' last night on BBC2, thought it was a good watch showing all the sacrifices the players have made to play for their country.
Couldn't take to the England Coach Craig Richards though with his coaching approach, a few of the players have mentioned they are scared of him at times.

I also thought it was a good watch and interesting to see the ladies differing attitudes. Didn't see anything to make them scared of Craig Richards ,but wonder when a coach knows if something is going out on TV, if he manages to switch his attitude/thoughts on and off. He's not going to deliberately make himself look bad is he.
Thought it was an excellent programme, kept it simple and straightforward. Good study of team work, motivation, coaching and leadership. The fact that it was about RL made it even better. Very good contrast with the documentary about the fairly recent mens tour abroad, which I’ve previously used to demonstrate how not to lead or motivate.
