I'd say the £20m is a small proportion of what that artists impression would cost to build. It's more likely to involve a lot of developers money too. Look how big the land at the back of the stadium, the golf course, and the Richard Dunnes site is. Incorporate retail, park & Ride and housing in a package deal it might work. The Bulls, The clowncil, & the RFL are all broke but stand to gain. The "end game" may well be playing out

Any news or rumour about if Mark Dunning is going to get any help at all in 2023? He had about 3 jobs last year and was working stupid hours. That's no way to treat a head coach (or any employee) and sends a bad message out to the rest of the game.

Yes, the new assistant coach has been appointed and is in place.
He has a lot of Championship experience and was once upon a time a England International.
