Press reports stating Hull City had an open training session in front of their fans at the MKM yesterday, which apparently was a big success. I would have thought a similar event for Hull FC would prove popular and beneficial if it could be arranged. Thoughts.

It would, would be great to see the academy (maybe the derby) play there too.
Not sure it will happen, but more chance than with the Allams.

Morning Andy. Sure, but something to suggest across all clubs if you think it's so "popular and beneficial". Although on that last point probably shouldn't charge for entry given the poor take up of the £5 to see Willie Mason train omnishambles.

No entry fee was charged for Hull City open day training session Mrs Barista. You seem to have me confused with another poster, no problem though, i think, perhaps mwindass may vouch for me.

Exactly, so if it's so beneficial you'll be recommending it for all clubs cocker.

Indeed.I would most certainly hope all clubs in Rugby League, not just Super League, would consider the likes of this and indeed every other form of interaction with their supporters. Fan forums, social nights, meet the players etc, etc. Everything clubs can do make supporters feel part of the club in this great game of ours Beneficial all round.

Beautiful sentiment. Tony Smith delivered amazingly on this sort of galvanising impact at Rovers (until PL unravelled it all of course) so fingers crossed it's replicated at FC.
