Although there are obviously very specific issues at the Bulls, this is in part the result of a complete cut off of SL from the rest of the sport. One could equally ask what's happened to the fanbase of Oldham or Halifax. Outside SL the game has been allowed to die off in lots of places where it was once very strong. And people wonder why we struggle to sell out international games at modestly-sized stadia; there's been so much deliberate trashing of the lower leagues by people in Super League it's not really any surprise that these clubs find themselves on the brink.

Yep. The honorable thing would be Leeds to stick by the contract they signed with him. Maybe the compromise is for them to line him up with a good championship club and cover whatever part of his salary they can't cover. Hopefully it's happening behind the scenes.

That's the way it would work if it happens. No player would have to take a pay cut to leave under those circumstances, Leeds would pay a share.

Sam Lisone has Signed on a 2 year deal. Our pack looks very balanced than it has been past few seasons some big bodies who will be very skilful under Rohan Smith I believe.

This is good; Mik has been crying out for some big bodied support for years and now we have two in Sangare and Lisone, with Holroyd hopefully due back fit and strong.

Holroyd has the potential to play for England if he can get his mind and body right, IMHO. We suddenly look like we have a front row platform and that allows back rowers to play there or cover centre if needed too.

Chuffed with lisone signing we now have a competitive pack do wonder we're that leaves us with macdonald tho because not long ago I heard that was a done deal we need a centre Newman has issues and no other specialist centre prior must be leaving on loan and us subsidise his wages
