WW69, Thanks for joining in. I dont hate all Germans,or anyone else. But I dont forget that RL was banned for 100 years in the armed forces due to the control of Union had. It took Local MPs to badger the armed forces to accept RL in the 90s,so yes over 100 years.

If "onion" was trying to destroy "british bulldog", do you really think they would allow one of their head coaches to coach the league world cup? Or do nothing when its most decorated head coach went on a RL podcast to declare his love for league?

To all it may concern please read Rugbys Class War by David Hinchliffe detailing all of the parliamentary battles to overturn the sporting apartheid against RL. Published in 2000.
Just read some of the accounts of over 100 years (yes) of discrimination against RL,they even painted out the players pics on the club photos in the RU clubs when they tried RL.
David Hinchcliffe,Ian Mcartney and Maurice Lyndsey were at the forefront of the parliamentary campaign to bring Unions discrimination against League to an end.

Not being bitter just stating the facts. Its not about living in the past its about remembering what happened. French Rugby has never recovered with what the Vichy gov did to them.
