The age of that squad, especially the backline would be a concern.

I sincerely hope we aren't hanging out for a fee. For if Jake doesn't warrant one then Shaul certainly doesn't. We need that cap space to beef up the forwards. Perhaps Wakey were not offering enough against what he is getting or maybe he is due a Benefit soon and thinks he'd be better placed doing that at the FC. perhaps Trim have signed Hardacker. whatever the reasons he's certainly surplus to requirements with our current in coming players.
He (Shaul) was demanding too much money from Wakey

It's only October. If we've not signed a half back by Christmas then yes lets worry until then I'm calm aside from getting wound up by the chaos in government.
Yeah point taken but its come to a lot when only the Tories make us look good, Christ, to even suggest as some are, to bring back a man whose integrity was exposed on numerous occasions as being at best questionable, and at worst corrupt, makes me shudder at what this country's governance has become, surely the worst we have ever had. And I grew up under Thatcher.

Plenty of straw clutching though
They were also rumoured to be in for Jake Turpin from the Broncos, so I am sure we will get our man, which one though is anyone's guess, although Gamble, from what I've seen is never a half. He's a fierce competitor and very much a mongrel type of player, but I don't think he'll be in front of Clifford in their pecking order.
