Good win for the Academy today, 28 - 16 at top of the table Hull, Edgell ×2, Lumb, Tchamambe and Morgan with the trys

Went to the game, first defeat of the season for Hull. Was impressed with your whole side, went into an 18-0 lead, Hull thought back to 18-16 and looked it full control, until Morgan scored a great individual try.

Our Academy beat Warrington 23 - 12 today to reach the grand final, was a really good game from 2 good sides. Iv been a big critic of Chev Walkers coaching, but credit where its due, great achievement, especially considering the eligible players like Gannon, Edwards and Simpson who havnt featured often, or atall, for the Academy this season.

Big credit also to Bastion and his team who have found some real gems from the amateur game that are flourishing in our system.

Who do they play in the final?

Agreed matty chev has looked to have done a good job,would not surprise me if he's a part of the clubs first team set up next season.

Saints who I reckon will start as favourites

Yeah Saints have been the best team over the season and beat us pretty handily couple of month ago, we'l start as underdogs.

Good to see Levi Edwards returning from injury and scoring a late try in York's last gasp play off win against Halifax.

Congratulations to the academy on winning the GF against St Helens. A remarkable game settled by a try in golden point.
