What are the rules in the Championship regarding non-British players, work permits etc. Are there limits?
Siti, Ulberg, Albert, Parata, Curran, Gahan, Palumbo and Tuliatu all appear to have some foreign connections, although in some cases I'm guessing they have used it to represent a country rather than it relates to their Championship status.
Marcus Stock's potential signing may be one of the few positives from being part-time.
If crashmon's list is correct (or at least close) then hopefully London can focus on quality over quantity with new signings. A few signings of that ilk and (based on the last couple of months) you'd think next season the team might be nearer the final play-off spot than the relegation zone.

Looking at Leigh this year, I can only assume that the rules aren't as strict in the Championship as they are in SL as they have 15 overseas/antipodean players on their books.

We are a long way of the playoff's, and I don't see us getting close next year. I do think however we won't be waiting until may for our first win, so I think we will win more games next year than this year (but thats a very small baseline to come from)
Its not just our first 17, we need squad replacements as well who can perform at champ level once injuries start to kick in.
Off the field however we need to wait and see if they come up with anything regarding attracting fans back, as I really think we could have sub 500 gates if they don't come up with something

Depth of squad is a particular problem. I think we were relatively lucky with injuries this season if not it could have been carnage. We clearly struggled to get people in and fell back on getting bodies from Skolars. Hopefully we’ll go about it in an orderly way this time around. On attendances a real problem is what to do about Season Ticket holders. It’s all about supporting the club etc but looking at it coldly I’ve had poor value on the last 3 years season tickets. With competing priorities and with a number of games where we don’t look competitive ( not fancying that TO game) and with tickets being sold for a pittance this year (and turning up to find people sat in my seat anyway! going to have to have a think whether to go ST again or pick and choose. A reasonable recruitment policy may have an impact.

Just read a post elsewhere. Toulouse are throwing everything at 2023, so unless we go full time, it's going to be a very long season of pointless games (Unless IMG pull us up by our bootstraps). Talk of the french spending what they need to and being prepared to buy a SL squad in June for 2024.....whilst talk is cheap, it is indicative of 2023 being all about one side

2 up non down in 2023. Leigh will be secure next year so can build, then it looks like Fev (if they don't go bust) and TO. Hughes clearly isn't interested in SL anymore. Just an afternoon out watching second rate RL

He will have more people in the Gold lounge, than in the actual stands if he goes down this path. Although I guess you could pipe crowd noise out of the speakers, and have one man click a button to craete a cheer sound every time a London try is scored.
