Well....

That was a brutal match. Catalans completely lost their composure. Leeds look lie they are going to be pretty busted with injuries and suspensions next week. I would guess us and Saints would prefer them at home. Hoping Salford carry their form on today and set up a match with Saints. What a waste of money Bentley is. He got away with it last night but he is going to cost them a big game. If we play them next week you can put your house on it that we will be trying to wind him up and by the looks of it that will be very easy.

Some bans from that game Mitchell Pierce should receive the longest no player should be allowed to verbally abuse the ref to that extent, Catalans were the team i didn’t want to face, not that we couldn’t beat them, but any win might mean bans or injuries to our players.

Oh I don't know. I think Dudson is looking at 8 games. I know it wasn't a full on 'Glasgow kiss' but it was definitely a headbutt with malice intended.

Mess of a game. Catalans strength of having quality experience throughout their side has become their weakness because they’re now chocked full of old, slow players. The Catalans players and their crowd were a disgrace and should feel pretty embarrassed.

As for Leeds, they played the game. They have the games great wind up merchant in Bentley and as they did against us a couple of months back, they played to get under the oppositions skin. If we play them next week in a game of rugby, we’ll be fine but if we get involved in the niggle, as Catalans did last night, they could drag you down to their current level (and I say that with all due respect in acknowledging they’re missing plenty of bodies).

I actally had some sympathy for Pearce. Child was a disgrace from the first second. Clearly favoured Leeds and was determined to get them through. There was a Leeds break in the second half and he was directly in line to a forward pass to Leeming. He put the whistle to his mouth then shouted play on. It was blatant.

Catalan were absolute grubs. Which is pretty standard for them. Glad they’ve had a terrible season, well deserved.

The only reason they look up to you is because they chose to kneel.

Catalans have lost any semblance of French flair. Poor team to watch. Agree with Phil Clarke that they need younger players. Not convinced Sam Tomkins is the best option for England any more.

Ball in hand Catalans were abysmal (apart from their try out of nowhere) Leeds whilst not brilliant were solid enough to control the game.

Child didn't have control at the start and only got worse.
