Can't believe I watched 80 minutes of dribble for a 10 minute section at the end

Agree about the Wane comment though. Whether their is any truth in it is a different matter.

Smith was name dropped at the end too....

Glad I’m not the only one who finds it a hard watch. Thought it was just me!

I didn't mind the video Harrison did with Matt Shaw when we signed Walker, but most of the time it's a struggle.

If nothing Hull related is on I give it a miss.

It comes across as an ego massaging exercise....

Pretty much what Cooke said on Humberside the other night.

Probably helps allay any fears he isn't a disciplinarian like Wane and Madge

Making fun of others when your team is in its worst state since the powers that be saved you from oblivion with a merger with Gateshead. Things can get worse.,For the past two years your final position has been below us. Maybe not by much but the situation is obviously hurting. I thought I’d let you know that every time you make a dig I know it’s because of the hurt and my grin gets wider.

If we are talking about past glories, at least they were in this century. Rovers have (or had) a 10-5 bar or stand at the cowshed, celebrating a game that was 42 years ago. There is a whole generation of Rovers fans that hear that tale from their grandparents, so what does that say.
In truth, with a couple of shrewd signings, on paper , our current squad is decent and could go very well. Fully agree with other posters about Griffin and Tag, but they didn't become bad players overnight, and, until his achilles injury, Griffin was being touted as a world cup candidate for England. Surely a good coach could take him back to somewhere near that level. His performances this season have been abject, and on the face of it, unprofessional, but we don't really know what had happened behind the scenes, we actually form opinions on rumour. Maybe things have happened that we haven't been told about, which have played a role in the whole situation and I am sure AP will know the whole truth, which maybe why BH has gone? Flogging Danny Houghton for 80 minutes made no sense to any of us, apart from the coach and he is still a good player to have in the squad, if we play him at the right time and for the right length of minutes, to mentor Balmforth, who is not yet at the level required, but could be soon.
In any case, a new approach is definitely needed, we could be serious relegation candidates next year, Leigh have a squad that already would compete with the mid table SL clubs as is, and they will strengthen further if they manage to win their competition.

Strange that Korbin Sims and Albert Vete did not perform for TS despite him signing them. As soon as he left they were different players. Albert dominated FC on Saturday.

Could be a whole host of factors in that, it could be coach, style of play, fitness or injuries.

Doris the HKR tea lady could have dominated our pack on Saturday. Not a high bar to be fair.

Vete has been abject whenever I’ve seen him, so a couple of above average performances aren’t really a transformation.

Nobody is saying Smith is the perfect coach, if he was he would be coaching at a top club in the NRL, but the fact remains he has done a good job at every SL club he has been too, including improving them and leaving them in a better position than when he started. If we can say that about him when he leaves, then he has been a good appointment.

Indeed

We made it easy for them on Saturday and suddenly they think they are all world class players

Must have missed the last few months where the Dobbins have been beating everyone on their march to glory
