I also think we have signed players who are just average in all areas like Mcintosh, whereas Radford favoured power over everything else. Its not clear if we are trying to be a fast, strong, off the cuff or structred team we have just averaged out and not sucesseding in any areas.

I agree, but I'd expect someone of Connor's talent and salary level to take the initiative, gyms are open outside of club sessions. He has the potential to be the best player in SL but frustratingly is stagnating in his prime.
we havent a leader at all.we desperatly need,a gareth ellis,bill ramsey,richard swain type of player,a leader and motivator.no one stands out as captain material.
So basically we are looking for an international class second rower who has a great World Cup but is out of contract, unattached and willing to move to the UK and also a natural leader.

Many will laugh but given the mess we are in and clear lack of leadership, If possible I’d take LMS for a season. I get his age but just look at the passion he oozes when on the pitch and how he leads from the front. He’d certainly be an upgrade on Taylor.
