I thought he had bulked up a bit ,ran some good lines, was good after contact but just not sure he is going to be a quality centre, once or twice he could have put litten away but chose to take the tackle. I think he could make a good loose forward especially the way we use the 13

We need some size & aggression - he's too timid. Its a no brainer to try to sign Longstaff however, - a bit lightweight at the mo' but at 6ft?, 20yrs old still a couple of years to put on a few kilos, Great attitude, pacey, knows where the tryline is & looks very comfortable in the centre,if he is deemed a bit light, atm.

I'm amazed that Longstaff couldn't get in such a poor Warrington side and that they haven't recalled him.
Hopefully this means he is not in Powell's plans and we can get him signed up. He has a great attitude and can only get better as he gains experience and bulks up a bit. He also knows the way to the tryline, six tries in nine games for a team that hasn't been winning is impressive.

Last game of the season for me, off to Spain on Thursday so missing the derby. 42 years of travelling over from Leeds, a season that offered so much derailed by a ridiculous injury list. I'll be renewing again, looking at WC fixtures now to get my RL fix. Highlight for me was the Leeds away game, Rob and me sat behind Rimmer and AP in the Directors box watching a Jake masterclass. Bentley before the game in the Directors suite predicting a 30 point win for Leeds. Last laugh on them though, hate to say it but I fancy the Whino's to get to the GF.

His numbers were good from yesterday, 187m from 17 carries which was only bettered by Mitch but his numbers will be inflated by his 2 long range tries.
Agree with you about his catch and pass letting him down when Litten was in space.
If he is happy staying as 4/5th choice centre it makes sense keeping him.

He’d be ahead of Wynne for me but that’s if he is staying.

The stupidity of a double round at this strage of the season summed up by Saints and Wigan putting out second string sides today. I mean, we did too but not by choice
Thankfully it sounds like there won't be a repeat next year and there'll also only be one round over Easter.

Its lucky that HKR and Wakefield have nothing to play for really. Imagine if a playoff spot or relegation was decided by the 2pts from playing an academy side, would make this double round look even more stupid.
