Leaving Baron out of Salford game, was a really bad move from a useless clueless coach :

Enjoyable first half and the young charges have shown up well so far. Showing some decent pace on the edges. Really pleased for Harvey Barron and coming back from a difficult night against Wakey. His carries bringing the ball out of our 10-20 have been pretty good and not take a backwards step and couple of nice tries too. Nice to see Jake guiding/directing and encouraging him through the game too.
Pleased for Cam Scott too as he’s looked pretty good considering he only just come back from injury.

I know it’s only Toulouse but honestly think we look more organised in the middle without Danny Houghton and our ptb seems quicker too.
Though Gale for me has again disappointed

Gale's end of set plays are by and large awful

I thought it was a decent enough game considering the team.
The young lads stood up well, they weathered a bit of storm at the start of the first half where they could easily have been bullied.
Pleased for Barron after a difficult home debut and for Gardiner.
Nice to see a win for a change!

Even against weaker teams Gale doesn't impress/stand out.
Not good enough for a team with any aspirations and needs to be moved on
