I hear rumours that George Flanagan is being touted for this role.
Thoughts?
Bizarre set up having one man do everything. Michael Carter reportedly said at a Wakefield fans forum recently that had they been relegated they would lose their academy. Their’s is a top rated one that they get funding for.
If we are paying one man to do everything we’ve effectively done the same and it’s also outrageous of the club to expect him to do it all.
It wouldn’t surprise me to find out Flanagan and (and any other senior players) are taking first team training.
